Here is my rendition of Animusic's "Stick Figures" and "Pogo Sticks". I love the music played on bagpipes, and thought I would sketch the stick figure on front of my Animusic dvd. I first sketched it and scanned it in. I then scanned the plaid from a skirt that I had to add it to the "kilt". I had lots of fun doing this, and I hope that you all like it!
This picture is what I am sending to animusic.com for a suggestion of a new animation. It is also part of my resume to them. Here is the link to Animusic....[link]
Cool! You're submitting this to Animusic? But the chances of them using him are slim.
I predict that they'll bring back at least one set from the first or second DVD and put new music to it. They might even animate a MIDI version of a previously-written song, like they did with "Cathedral Pictures".
I know the chances are slim but who knows what the out come will be. They are looking for visual artists, graphic designers, ect. just check out the list of what they are looking for. It's on their website...[link]
Just go to company on the left side of their site, then click on where it says "work with us" and you can see for yourself.
I just sent it along with my resume today..01/11/08
Ooh, nice. That'd look interesting in an Animusic video. (Now that I think of it, there aren't that many wind instruments in the Animusic videos. They are present, just not that prominent, right?) Oh, and good luck with your resume! I hope you can get that job.

Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
